Since the beginning of the health crisis, we have constantly adapted to deliver our customers within 5 to 7 days. Following the government announcements of the 3rd national confinement on March 31, 2021 and as for almost a year, orders are rising sharply, which can increase delivery times from 5 to 14 days due to the influx encountered by our employees when taking charge of your parcels as well as during delivery.
We use all the main competent national carriers such as Colissimo, La Poste, DHL, UPS and Colis Privé.
We always strive to make sure our customers love our products, but if you need to return an order, we'll be happy to help. Just send us an email and we'll walk you through the process.
Generally, for your package to be tracked, you have to wait for it to be prepared for shipment. An email will then be sent to you containing the confirmation of shipment of your order as well as its tracking number. Once you have obtained your number, go to the "Track my package" section to follow the delivery steps in real time.
We ship to the following countries! Please note that we do not ship to PO Boxes, APO or FPO addresses at this time.
Europe: France, Belgium, Netherlands, Germany, United Kingdom, Italy, Spain, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, Hungary, Ireland, Norway, Poland, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden.
North America: Canada, Puerto Rico, United States of America. South America: Brazil, Mexico, Colombia, Cuba. Oceania: Australia, New Zealand.
Our products are generally made of materials based on silk, satin or velvet. Some models can be consolidated with elastane or polyether.
Unfortunately this option is not yet possible but our team is working on this possibility in the long term.

In case of out of stock, our items may no longer be available on the site pending replenishment of them. Restocking times vary from 3 days to a week.
Due to the pandemic, and to avoid support concerns, our brand is currently collaborating with several suppliers, on certain products. Shipments may differ depending on the shipping warehouse.
